If it's not there, then there are a couple of possibilities:
1) You have more than one email address and you're checking the mailbox for an address that the purchase wasn't made on
- In this case, please check any other addresses that you might have. If you still can't find the order confirmation email, please let us know at email@example.com so we can look for it on our end. Also, if you made purchases using more than one email address, we can merge your accounts, so just ask!
2) There was a typo in the email address when you entered it at the time of purchase
- In this case, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can try to track down the purchase. Please share as much information as you can to help us find the transaction, such as PayPal transaction ID (if applicable) and date of purchase
