I bought a credit or gift card deal, but the credit does not show on my account!

When you purchase an AppSumo credit or AppSumo card deal, you must first redeem the credit to your account before it will be available for use at checkout.

Your order confirmation email will contain the redemption instructions - there will be a link and a redemption code.
1) While logged into your AppSumo account, visit the link: - you must be logged into your AppSumo account to redeem the credit to your account.  Please make sure you are logged in with the correct account, as whatever account you are logged into will be the account that the credit is applied to.
2) Enter your redemption code - this can be found in your order confirmation email, and can also be found by logging into your AppSumo account and accessing this purchase in your purchase history on your AppSumo account page.
Once you submit the redemption code, that will apply the credit to your AppSumo account so it will be available for you to use for purchasing!
