We’ve heard you loud and clear, Sumo-lings: you love the tacos, but you want them even faster. Well, you can get instant help from our Support Sumos now that live chat support is in beta!
You can access live chat right here in our Help Center as well as in your AppSumo account on the My Account and My Products pages. 🥳 From there, click the speech bubble in the bottom right corner - you’ll find relevant knowledge articles and see the option to chat with a Support Sumo if one is available (just click "Ask" at the top of the window)! If they’ve got their hands full helping other Sumo-lings, you’ll have the opportunity to send our Support team an email through the contact form provided.
While in beta, our standard operating hours for chat are Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT. Our Support Sumos are available through chat to provide quick help for all things AppSumo! Keep in mind that some tacos need extra seasoning, so the conversation may be brought to email if your question requires further investigation.
