Deactivating your account

Please email support@appsumo.com from the primary email on file for your account with your request to do so and we’ll be happy to help. 

Deleting your account

If you'd like to delete your account, please know deleting your account is final and can't be undone, so be sure to save any information you may need (such as invoices or codes) from the "Products" page of your AppSumo account first.

Once you've archived any data, please follow the steps below:

• If you are a US-based customer, please use the following link to submit your request: https://appsumo.com/p/privacy-portal
• If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, Switzerland or EEA (European Economic Area) or otherwise reside outside of the United States, then you may be entitled to certain rights under applicable data privacy laws including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). We kindly ask that if you are a non-US-based customer, you submit your data privacy requests with sufficient detail to our data privacy service provider by sending an email to flagprivacy@appsumo.com. If required by applicable law we will respond to your request in accordance with timeframes established by such law.
