Codes and Redemption Instructions

So you've taken the plunge and purchased a deal. Now what?

You can find all of your AppSumo purchases on the "Products" page of your AppSumo Account.

Here's a walkthrough of how to do so:

  1. Head to AppSumo
  2. Select "Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page
  3. Click on the "Products" tile (or bookmark this direct link: https://appsumo.com/account/products/)
  4. Use the "Actions" dropdown menu to the right of your products to select "Redeem" or "Activate" (depending on if you've purchased a code-based product or a product license). This is where you'll see your redemption information, including redemption link and instructions for each individual product.

If you purchased more than one code of a particular deal, you'll notice that each product listing on the "Products" page represents a single code (so you'll see multiples of deals you've purchased more than one code for).

You can use the "Filter:" dropdown menu on the  "Products" page to sort through your Active, Not Redeemed, and Refunded products.

The redemption process is hosted and handled on our partners' sites, so while we don't have a way to track which of your purchases you've successfully redeemed, we provide the option to "Mark as Redeemed" in your Redemption Instructions so you can keep track of your redeemed products within your AppSumo account.
