How do I access SumoFlow?
You can sign-up at
flow.appsumo.com to get on the waitlist and purchase tokens. AppSumo customers will be able to log in using your existing account.
Do I need to create an account?
No! You can start using our workflows right away without creating an account. Simply select a workflow, customize it, and you're ready to go.
How does pay-per-use pricing work?
You only pay for the actions your workflow performs when it runs. Each run is priced based on the cost of the steps in the workflow, no hidden costs.
When can I use my tokens?
You can use your tokens when SumoFlow lauches in the next couple weeks. We'll start rolling out the beta to users on the waitlist. The sooner you sign-up, the sooner you get access.
How do workflow tokens work?
Each workflow action costs a certain number of tokens based on its complexity. For example, sending an email might cost 1 token, while analyzing data could cost 10 tokens. You can see the estimated token cost of each action before running them, and you only pay for the tokens that are actually used during execution.
Can I buy more tokens?
You can choose from any of our token packages, based on your workflow needs. The more tokens you buy at once, the better the rate per token.
Do tokens expire?
No, your tokens never expire. Use them whenever you want, at your own pace.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
You can enable auto-reload to automatically purchase a token package when you're running low, or choose to purchase more at your own pace. If you run out completely, your workflows will pause until you add more tokens.
