How do I activate my license?
To activate your license and access your purchase, follow these steps:
- Head to the "Products" page of your AppSumo account
- Use the "Actions" dropdown menu to the right of your product to select "Redemption information" (or select the Activate now link from the status column)
- Click the yellow "Activate Now" button and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the registration and activation process on the partner's site
- Ta-da! Now you have an account with our partner and access to the product
Once your license has been activated and your account is created, you can continue to access the product directly through the partner's site using your activation email address at login.
Notes on your activation email
The email address entered during activation will be the email address associated with your account on our partner's site. If you already have an account registered on their site, even if it’s a trial/free account, you’ll need to use a different email address to activate your AppSumo license as you can’t have more than one account using the same email address.
Entered the wrong email address at activation or need to make a change? Our partner's may be able to help but it's not a guarantee. Changing the email associated with an account on their site is up to their discretion so you'll need to reach out to them for options.
