What can I post in the questions section?
Our questions section is reserved for pre-sale based questions about the tool or the AppSumo offer. If you post in this section a review of the tool, feedback about the tool, or asking for customer support, it will be denied as this section is not intended for these kinds of posts.
Should you have feedback and are ready to post a review about the tool please do so in the reviews section. If you need customer support assistance, please email our Partners directly or reach out to our support team at support@appsumo.com and we can help facilitate support with the Partner.
Why am I seeing “Awaiting moderation”?
Every post, whether it be a question, review, or comment is moderated by our Community Moderation Team. We appreciate your patience with our moderators while they work to ensure everything you see on the deal page is adhering to our community guidelines.
My post was denied, now what?
We reserve the right to moderate all comments and posts. Please see our community guidelines here which will provide more insight on what kinds of posts qualify to be denied by our Community Moderation team.
If you believe your post was incorrectly denied, please reach out to our support team at support@appsumo.com. Keep in mind, should we confirm that your post was against our community guidelines, the denial will be final.
Unaware of our community guidelines before posting? Not to worry, even if your post was denied, you are always welcome to submit a new review.
I want to edit or delete my review, what can I do?
Unfortunately at this time we don’t offer the option to edit reviews. However, you can delete your review and submit a new one. Please review our How to Delete a Review FAQ for more information.
